CHA in Chicago Day one

CHA opened this morning at 10am when everyone spilled through the doors and to the booths.

While Chicago is just a fraction of Anaheim the spirit is the same! I wanted to share some pics with you of what caught my eye today:

While I didnt take any pictures in this booth (I promise to tomorrow) I was VERY impressed with a newcomer - Harmonie. I loved the papers and all of the matching embellishment choices....especially the mosiac tile peices that come in a cute little bottle.....and A 12 X 12 CLEAR ACRYLIC ALBUM COMPLETE WITH PAGE HOLDERS, expandable, etched and can be personalized.

Loved this Nikki Sivils My Friend Birdie line:

I visited Love My Tapes booth and really loved the product....gotta get me some of those!

I hesitate to post the next pictures because after I took these I was asked to stop photographing their product and they later posted a sign that said no photos. I havent ever had a problem with this and have photo'd stuff in their booth in Anaheim. Oh well, I will share what I did get:

Loved the Artisan Elements from Pink Paislee:

and the Hocus Pocus line is so cute!!

Loved these alhpas too:

Next up Coredinations Onyx Collection:

And then one of my favorites always Sassafrass Lass:

And how about a little Maya Road love:

and how about some Bazzill:

Well thats all I have for you today....more tomorrow, hope you have enjoyed!!

Some Chicago Pics

Well its been a great trip so far, been some bumps and some learning curves about sightseeing in downtown Chicago, but we have had some great experiences, lots of fun and have seen so much!! I am so tired after two days of sightseeing with way too much walking, but its been worth it. I am gonna share some pics with you though :P

Ok, its gonna be hard to add captions to each photo, so I will give you a brief summary: We went to the Sears tower and I went out on the 4ft all glass extentions that extend out of the building at the 103rd floor, didnt scare me a bit, I though it would, but it didnt! My favortie of the trip so far is the Cloud Gate or better known as "the Bean", it is so amazing in person, looks almost like a mirage. We took the Architechural trip on the river and it was so informative, and what great views. It had rained 8 inches the night before so the river was too high for the boats to run till the afternoon. We did Navy Pier, saw the Stained Glass museum, rode the Ferris Wheel, and during our walk to Navy Pier we ran into the movie set for Transformers 3 that they are filming here right now. During our walks we saw the wrecked cars all over the place being used as props, very interesting! And lastly we are in a hotel directly across from the Convention center where CHA is being held starting tomorrow.
